Creating a CQI structure that is dependent on the active inclusion and participation of staff at all levels of the agency, children, youth, families, and stakeholders throughout the process. It includes the development of a Theory of Change, Logic Model & Data Dashboards.

Building capacity & co-create a visible implementation structure, including convening implementation teams that are inclusive and are responsive to the local context.

Adaptive Support

Supporting changes with adaptive support & consultation that includes preparation, debriefing, inquiry, and reflective practice.

Communications

Developing communication strategies that effectively align messages to engage & gain collective support to promote positive change.

Coaching

Providing coaching throughout the organization to support professional development, implementation and improve outcomes for children, youth, and families.

Wellness Support

Providing opportunities for staff that enhances overall well-being and creates a work environment that fosters caring, trust building, job satisfaction and community.

Stakeholder feedback

Facilitating regular focus groups to elicit stakeholder feedback to assess the effectiveness of implementation efforts.

Digital Stories

Supporting the development of digital stories to lift families’ voices to expand thinking and support the vision of preserving families, connections, and culture.
